I am not in network with any insurance providers. I do offer a “superbill,” a detailed receipt for services which patients or their families can submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

Yes, you can! Psychological testing is covered by Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.

I accept cash, check, or credit card.

First payment is due at the end of the Intake Appointment. The second payment is due at the time of the feedback session.

All patients are mailed a detailed receipt once payment has been processed. This receipt can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
No Surprise Billing
Section 2799B-3 of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act) requires health care providers and facilities to make publicly available, post on a public website of the provider or facility (if applicable), and provide a one-page notice that includes information in clear and understandable language on:
The restrictions on providers and facilities regarding balance billing in certain circumstances,
any applicable state law protections against balance billing, and
information on contacting appropriate state and federal agencies in the case that an individual believes that a provider or facility has violated the restrictions against balance billing.
